As a global healthcare company with more than 95 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care, Novo Nordisk<\/a> is known for driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases. Among other things, this requires a sharp focus on patients and their needs \u2013 an area in which Novo Nordisk leads the way.<\/p>\n

Caliber has worked with the company\u2019s Global Patient Relations team throughout 2018 to put in place a new and improved system of understanding and acting on the perceptions of its patients \u2013 from exploring the company\u2019s overall reputation, to interpreting patients\u2019 behaviour and finding out how to engage them effectively.<\/p>\n

We set up and conducted a global study covering 12 markets worldwide: from Brazil, Argentina and USA to India and Japan \u2013 and all large European markets in between. We worked with the company to distill and implement key insights globally and locally, and designed a future-oriented Patient Insight program that can help the team contribute to the company\u2019s business goals going forward.<\/p>\n

With more than 40,000 employees in 80 countries, Novo Nordisk has significant impact and responsibility around the world \u2013 and it continues to demonstrate leadership when it comes to making the patient the very center of its operations. We are proud to be helping the company do just that.<\/p>\n

Other than bringing their analytical and strategic skills, as well as their international experience to the project \u2013 Caliber brought a much-needed fresh perspective. They helped us re-examine how to generate more value out of insights, and work more effectively to place the patient voice at the center of the company\u2019s decision-making.
